Symptoms of bulimia

The severity of the condition and the degree of bulimia are usually determined by the frequency of episodes of excessive food intake and self-induced vomiting, use of weight loss products or excessive exercise - repeating this pattern at least once a week for three months is enough to be diagnosed with bulimia.

However, even if you do not meet all the criteria, and can only recognize yourself in some parts, it is okay to seek help. The problem might be in its early phases and it is better to deal with it before it gets worse.

Even if the problem does not get worse, the daily preoccupation with food and weight control can be exhausting and superfluous.

Recognize the signs and seek adequate help.
